    -- woo, feel so proud of myself yesterday was a good day staying on track (except a couple chips w/ my cousin but i didn't have half a bag!!) and i was getting hungry within 2 hours of going to bed, so i had a small banana and strawberries cut up BUT this was after doing the 30 day shred! so i still lost half a pound hope to see 187 before Wednesday (official weigh-in)
  • Wow...been a while since I looked on this thread. This is my progress so far! I was a bit iffy about the GW for this before, but with a month and a half to go, I definitely think it's possible.

    I don't know how that happened. Maybe it was running the 5K. If a 5K will help me lose 4 pounds a week, I'm running one EVERY week. Holy.

    -- only 12lbs to go i believe after this weekend, when school and exams are finally done, along with me moving into the basement suite (and being able to cook alone and not be tempted by my family's cooking which isnt as healthy)... will hopefully get me to my goal weight before may 30!! that'll put me at 27lbs loss.. and at my lowest weight that i could ever remember within the past 5 years!

    1 pound loss this week. 2 pounds in the past 3 weeks. I changed up my workouts and diet again this week so hopefully it starts coming off again.
  • I haven't been on here for a while, but it looks like you ladies are doing great

    My weightloss has been frustratingly slow, been exercising and staying OP foodwise, and barely anything is happening on the scale but I have noticed that my clothes are fitting much better

    UGH... I've been sorta-kinda eating OP, sorta-kinda exercising, and I'm definitely not progressing like I was hoping... but I can make it if I lose 3 1/2 pounds per week from now on. Everybody else seems to be doing really well though!!
