25 mins on treadmill, 25 mins on bike and 15 mins of resistance training. This seems to be an easy routine to follow, and 25 mins never seems too hard to do, not like the 50 mins I was trying to push for a few weeks ago, so hopefully I am on the right track. I'm not sure if I'll ever get to like the home gym as much as the other equipment, but I feel pretty good after my 15 minutes of workout.
Personal Goal... 835 - 65 = 770 mins to go for March
Group Total... 6941 + 65 = 7006 (just took us over the 7k mark)
