  • My goal is 400 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical.

    Will not hit my goal this month, but I am happy with the amount of workouts, with the way I am eating, and that my foot is better, which is what I wanted. I might or might not try running next month, depending on how my foot feels.

    Had a minor injury playing tennis this weekend, pulled a groin muscle, put some Icy Hot on, and it's getting better. I was able to play already today, but no explosiveness yet.

  • Hi everyone I met goal for this month! I feel wonderful having started exercising again and I see a big difference not only in my bod but my quality of life! It has helped tremendously to be in here with you all and hold myself accountable, I will see you all next month for sure!
