I'd love to join in with this Valentine's Day challenge! Feb. 14th is my 20th wedding anniversary so it's a great milestone day for me. :-)
I've just recently added weightlifting into my program, so my weight is up a few pounds (which I expected). I'm hoping to see that drop off pretty quickly once my body gets used to the new routine.
