  • I'd love to join in with this Valentine's Day challenge! Feb. 14th is my 20th wedding anniversary so it's a great milestone day for me. :-)

    I've just recently added weightlifting into my program, so my weight is up a few pounds (which I expected). I'm hoping to see that drop off pretty quickly once my body gets used to the new routine.

    Starting weight: 157lbs
    Goal weight: 142 lbs

    11/30- 165.0 (-0.4) Technically this should have been the 11/28 weigh in, but I kept eating breakfast first! Oops. Need to pick up the exercise, but it's so....exercise-y.

  • Update day. I did pretty well during the holidays. The only thing I really treated myself to was more alcohol, which I have almost completely cut out of my diet. But I was able to make sure I didn't overdo it.

  • I'd like to join in. Had a very stressful month and gained back 7lbs! My son's doctor thought my son had cancer and removed a lymph node for biopsy. Luckily it was nothing (just found out yesterday)! Then on Christmas Eve my mother fell and broke her hip and is currently in the hospital for another week after having surgery. So I've been stress eating a lot! Anyway, I've started working out again and watching what I eat. Hoping for 12 lb loss by Valentine's day (178 lbs). Can't stand having to squeeze into all of my "fat" clothes.

    So close! Bought a ton of new clothes from Old Navy (size large - which is 2 sizes smaller than what i've been wearing for 5+ years now) and some workout clothes from Khol's! Can't wait to slim down this final 20 pounds between me and Onderland!

  • Since I have started my focus is geared towards fat loss and lean muscle gain. So - I'm starting over with today's weight/bf

    V-Day Scale Weight: 160, Lean Body Weight Gain: 124 Fat:36 (22.5%)
    Total: Fat Loss: 12lb, BF Loss:6%

  • My weigh-in day!!! It was another successful week for me. I was sick NYE so ended up not going out which probably helped in the loss.
