. I know you gals can be too if you put your mind to it. Each moment is a new moment to make a choice towards health- don't fall into the "I'll start tomorrow" trap.. each new meal is a chance to get back to it. Sort of starting the 17 day diet today (with some modifications in the evening).Today IS going to look like this.
1 cup of fresh coffee
1 cup of hot water with 1 tblsp concentrated lemon juice, 1 cube of fresh ginger
1 cup of jasmine green tea
500ml water with 1 berocca tablet dissolved
Breakfast:
2 poached eggs with salt, pepper and paprika on
1/2 grapefruit
Snack:
1 cup of jasmine green tea
1 low fat pineapple yoghurt
1 250ml glass of water
Lunch:
Large salad made with lettuce, cucumber, peppers, celery
1 tin of tuna
1tblsp olive oil dressing
1 250ml glass of water
Snack:
1 cup of jasmine green tea
1 pear
1 250ml glass of water
Dinner:
Grilled chicken breast
Steamed green beans, cabbage and carrots
Boiled potatoes (not on plan)
1 250ml glass of water
Before bed
1 250ml glass of water



. But I know it's due to all the high fat high salt stuff over the last few days and hopefully at least some of it is water retension.. so I know if I just make changes now in a couple days I'll be at least back down to where I was.
Someone remind me that shooters are NOT a weight-loss aid....
