  • Yesterday I did 60 min. elliptical level 7 resistance doing average 130 strides per minute.

    Today I did 40 min. strength training arms, legs and abs. Might walk later if it doesnt rain.

    In laws come in late tonight so over the next few days I will probably hit the gym longer to get away hahaha.

    Thanks for the welcome you girls rock and are so consistant, thats what it takes!

  • Jen those planks are killer so hard for me! My exercise is all messed up with the family in town and planning a house party tonight. I will be back on board and roaring to go come thursday when all is back to normal.

    looker. They are hard. I still shake so bad. but I just ignore it, and breathe. I count and breathe. and make sure EVERYTHING is pulled in. I just learned about the side planks yesterday from this website. It was a little tricky to get my feet supporting my weight, but once I did I really could feel it in my side.

    27--Bike to work and back, about 40 min; 45-min spin class; 45-min upper body/abs class
    28--Bike to work and back, about 40 min; 60-min yoga class; 30 min on the treadmill; 30 min on the stationary bike

    Planned on doing pilates--but rested instead.
