  • 60 min walk with dog yesterday

  • Walked on the treadmill for 35 mins did 1.5 miles! I used incline as well as ran in spurts for 60 seconds a few times. I was going to just walk 30 mins.....but was listening to my audiobook and decided to finish that track of the story which gave me an extra 2 1/2 mins.....so I thought I'm at 1.25 miles....might as well try to make it 1.5 I even ran the last .10 of it! Was nice.....I felt great.....

  • Did the Denise Austin Blast Away the pounds 1mile 15mins it was really good and easy! I think I will buy this dvd since I borrowed it from the library!!! Figured I would try to surpass my personal total.....I will walk tomorrow night and monday to add some more time!

  • Went to the park yesterday and today with my dog. Yesterday it was raining and snowing so we didn't last long!
    10(yesterday)+75(today)=85+255=355/300!! Personal

    8242+85=8327 group total!!!!
  • Surpassed My Exercise Goal for March
    Walked 5 circuits of the park for 2.5 miles, plus about another half mile for 55 minutes.
    Personal Total: 871/840 surpassed Total!

  • ok so I went to walmart and picked up Leslie S.'s Walk at Home....similar to Denise Austin.....it is the 3mile version....it breaks after 1st & 2nd miles.......so I did one mile and KEPT up!!!

  • 90 min since I last posted (35 weights, and 55 elliptical over 2 days).

    Group total~ 8397 + 90 = 8487 min
  • 20 mins treadmill 3x a week, plus 20 mins today!! (yay me!)
    Total for the month of March= 220 mins

    Group Total~ 8487 + 220= 8707 mins
  • 90 mins treadmill, 30 mins strength training

    My monthly goals changed with the new strength training program. I'm happy with the overall number (although if I'd thought about it I would have done 20 mins on Saturday just to hit the total). Originally I had set: Treadmill - 1860, Weights - 480, Others - 270 (Total - 2610)

    I ended up doing: Treadmill - 2130, Weights - 375, Others - 45 (Total - 2550)

    Group total: 8,707 + 120 = 8,827
  • walked the neighborhood at a fast pace with Daisy Mae for 30 min

    Group total: 8827 + 30 = 8857
  • Got in my final exercise for the month! 60 min yoga..

    Group total ~ 8857 + 60 = 8917 min
  • Did the elliptical for 31 mins
    355+31=386/300 personal

  • 230 for me this week - month total 990

    230 + 9002 = 9232
  • Well, I managed to make my goal this month, despite a few (more than I would have liked) days when I had things on from very early to very late, or when I was too hormonal (emotional, tired, etc) to excercise.

    Personal Goal... 1270/1200 - putting me 70 mins OVER my goal.

    Group Total... 9232 + 1270 = 10,502
