Mousai congrats being on track 3 days. I think its wise to give your body two weeks to catch up to your new plan, Ive often noticed that it takes that long to get into the groove of a new routine.

ShrinkingLizzy I totally hear you about the drinking after work. Man, did that sink my ship last Fall. Its such a sad, sad thing to admit, but a great friend of mine, actually the best friend Ive ever made at work left the company about a year ago- and I never got into the habit of catching lunch with anyone else after she left. I try to do my cardio at lunch or run errands; but Ive resisted making a new lunch / drinks buddy.

I am down to 188 today finally the scale moves in the right direction! Now, I need to keep up with whats got me here. Water is only a bit behind today, so Im feeling good about that but I had to skip my workout due to the snowstorm that blew into town. I was glad I did though. I have an hour long train ride home and when I got to my home station they were announcing the next train which I would have been on and should have arrived 18 minutes after the train I was on was running 45 minutes late.
