STOUT! Ouch!

I have been bad bad bad Frus all bank holiday weekend! That's 3 days of pure bingeing rather than just the usual two!

Had a nice weekend. Natural History Museum and Primark on Saturday, Tesco's walk in the woods and lazing around on Sunday, Notting Hill Carnival and Primark and lazing around on Monday! And lots and LOTS of eating!

YP I am now officially in competition with you! I'm a size 12 (sometimes) on top and a 16 trouser! I'm racing you for skinniness and I need something to get my butt in gear!

I am going to be totally back on track now! I've even decided not to go and see my parents this coming weekend and instead concentrate on having a healthy weekend rather than a blowout weekend! Dom is away so it should be easy peasy! I think I might just take it easy and potter down to Topshop for some retail therapy and some inspiration clothes! He he he!

Right, I'm going to kick *** for the next 4 weeks. I seem to have been stuck at about 198-199.5 for a lifetime (well, 2 weeks or so at least) so it's time to get moving again. I'm aiming for a size 14 before I go to Morocco in October and then (in my dreams) a size 12 for Christmas).

Frus, I think you're winning, I'm only a 12 on top at the moment when I get very very lucky...

By the way, I know this is a long shot, but I don't suppose anyone can think of anything remotely healthy to do with brie? My mother loves the stuff and managed to acquire TWO of them over the weekend, then went home without eating them, leaving them in my fridge staring at me. It seems a shame to throw them out...

I'd throw them out but that's just me. Too dangerous!

Brie is actually healthier than cheddar! less fat and calories and everything! I eat it as one of my "healthy" cheeses! I think there's about 300 kcals in 100g!

EAT IT! I usually have it on crackers or on its own or with some nice bread!

Well done with your bikey cat! I was having a nightmare with mine yesterday! Sooooo much traffic, I dunno if you heard, but a lorry full of Hydrochloric acid EXPLODED on the M25 last night! So that was fun! Right where I was going as well! No-one was hurt so that's ok!

Feeling fat and frumpy today! My "big" work trousers (16) are tight on me today! They are usually quite loose. Dom said this morning, "You might have put on water or something?" Bless that man! I'm trying to flush it all out by drinking lots, but it didn't work yesterday!

Wahey! Not that I needed an excuse, having already nibbled some today...

And my weight was even back down to 198 this morning. I've been fluctuating between there and 199.5 for far too long, but at least I'm back at the lower end of that range now so hopefully ready to start losing again!
