In case I don't get to post later, I plan to and I WILL:
Walk about a mile and a half to get the mail and to pick up my daughter from school.
I'll also be planting tulip bulbs with my son. Gardening is exercise to me...ask my hamstrings after I've been weeding or planting!! LOL I should have done these bulbs a month ago, but I'm the master procrastinator...acknowledging it is the first step to beating it!! Right?
Went to the mall and shopped. That counts, right? From one end of the mall to the other. Well, I didn't work up a sweat, but I didn't sit on my but all day at the computer, either. So, that's a plus.
parked the car 3/4 miles away from the building where my class was and walked to class and back to my car...also walked up two flights of stairs....i hate stairs, im always out of breath even after one set
Thursday-- Rained today so I rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes, which totaled 10 miles. Boy, do the insides of my legs hurt from the squats I did yesterday!!
