Monday-NADA!
Tuesday- my aerobics class. Very good workout using the step, cardio, weights, leg work, and abs at the end.
Wednesday- I didn't do much cardio today. I did a lower body workout and 12 minutes ab video.
Thursday- go ahead and posting since it will be very similar to Tuesday's. Can't back out of it since I'm now the "teacher",lol!
Wanted to add that I did Total Body Workout(Body by Jake) this AM. All but the last 5 minutes. I had enough, geez my arms can only take so many pushups. This is a tough workout but focuses on strength training. I bought the video at Big Lots for 50 cents. It may be available at Walmart though. Going ahead and posting tomorrow's workout since I doubt I will be on the computer. It will be 4 mile WATP tape. I'm trying to get back on track with my exercising AND eating.
