My exercise has really been slack this week. Monday- nothing. Tuesday I did get a workout in, but it wasn't the greatest and I normally get 2 in on Tuesdays(and Thursdays). Today, haven't done it yet, but fixing to get off of here and do the 4 mile WATP tape.
Wednesday- I did the 4 mile WATP tape
Thursday- 3 mile WATP tape and 10 minutes on my thigh trainer then had exercise class this evening which was "okay", just not as intense as the usual.
Friday- will go ahead and post in case I don't get on the computer this weekend. Plan on doing total body workout video. It's somewhere around 45-50 minutes of cardio mixed with weights. It's my "tougher" workout. Really works ya.
Friday--3hours weed wacker, digging, hauling dirt, transplanting shrubs. Also tore apart a flower bed and hauled the timbers around back to the scrap pile.
