Day #1 is coming to a close. Over all I feel pretty good about everything
Water - 40 of 40 ounces consumed and still drinking
Food - Went a little over my total goal of 1300 calories maybe around 1500 instead
Exercise - I did my 60 minutes at Curvs and just now did another 30 min. at the gym!
Lookin' forward to a big loss this week!!!!
