Well, this is a bit late, but my weigh-in on Monday showed a 1.8lb gain. I knew it was coming because I was very busy with orders the week before and I put waaaaaay too many of the spare buttercream, fondant and cake scraps in my mouth :-(! I'm angry with myself because I know I've now got to lose those lbs again!!! Oh well, here's to a better weigh-in tomorrow, I've been positively angelic, so it better be good lol! Congrats to all you losers and hugs and sympathy to my fellow gainers.

Thanks for referring me to this thread Sarah Ann . I've changed my weigh in day to Sunday and this Sunday i'm down 4 pounds . So i'm now back to my weight b4 my little slip up and to be fair it only took me a week to mend 4 weeks of self destruction(i had some bad cravings) plus 1 extra pound!!!

I'm thinking now about all the healthy but not so healthy snacks i can have on once a week after weigh in...I've come up with low fat ice cream , crackers and low in sugar jam/nuttella, fat free yogurt, snack a jacks. Any ideas?
Today i just dom't fancy anything. I think my apeptite is going again, this keeps happening to me to the point where i'm forcing myself to eat.

Cadburys do a delicious low fat chocolate mousse which is only 60 cals per pot. Morrisons and Tesco sell them. I also buy Quavers which are 84 cals per pack, and French Fries, which are similar.

Sugar free jelly I eat by the bucket load as it's mostly water. Fruit Shoots I drink a lot of, 10 cals each.

I also allow myself a small bar of Cadbury's chocolate once a week - one of those kiddie 15p ones - they are only 110 cals and I have one of those on Saturdays.

We only get the no added sugar kind - only 10 cals per bottle. Obviously there is some sugar in them in the form of fructose, but it's only 0.8g per 100ml.

The thing I like about fruit shoots is that they use sucralose (Splenda) as their artificial sweetener and NOT that evil invention aspartame like most low-sugar drinks - I wish more companies would do that too!

You've just made me very happy then!

My scales don't do stones only KG and pounds. I could never work the poundage out and had no idea when Americans say they weigh so many pounds. I can sort of work out kg because of when I got weight at Boots a few times they did it in kg but also stated the weight in stones.
