Hey Amy...What's up girl?

God that sucks being up 1 pound after 4 weeks of boot camp. Don't give up though. I gave up weeks ago and now I am starting back at square one. Wish I hadn't but there is nothing I can do about it now but jump back on the bandwagon right....

ANyway I better go and try to get a walk in..I'll talk to you soon.

Amy good to see you.I did core for a couple months last year this time.I had a consistent 2 pound a week loss.It wasn't as bad as I thougt it would be,too bad I can't get back into the mindset of trying it.

Hello Kim and Lynn. Hey, are either of you interested in re-committing to logging onto this thread on a daily basis again? I know when I am not on here, it is a low time for me. I am either not following program, sort of following, or following and not losing. I want to get this going again and really regain my focus. Let me know if either of you are up to it. Or any other readers for that matter.

I'm game with that. We will post here daily and tell our tales of the day. I will start back on plan as of tomorrow. I know I have most of my weight put back on. I will try my best this time to get it off...

Okay Kim!!! Where are you Lynn??? Yesterday I had chicken salad on wheat for 3 points and baked potatoe chips 2. For dinner I made a homemade pot pie with only a top crust. Had salad with it.

Today:

woke up at 5am and went on a 10 mile bike ride with two mom's from DD school.

breakfast
malt o meal 3pts.

I am going to work out with my personal trainer at 9:30. Will post again later.

Make this happen ladies!!! WE CAN DO IT!!!!

Ok I am in! I have not been eating well,I should have lost this excess weight by now.Since I am not back to full workout mode I am not burning off the junk I eat either.I realized today I haven't gone to a meeting since Feb.That is terrible.I hearby swear Friday is my meeting day no exceptions.So I better jumpstart this weightloss now.Godd luck to us all!

Ok, so today I have not done too well but I will confess here. I must.

breakfast (after boot camp)
steel cut oats 3pts

snacks at a graduation party including a few (about 15) cheez itz, some veggies with light sour cream dip, 1 cookie and a sweet bar of some sort.

skipped lunch. tummy was upset because sister was in a minor car accident on her way to my house to watch my kids so I could go to an interview at my kids' school. Enough said there.

Anyway, I got the job. Corss guard and noon time aid. Perfect for now. Will post again tonight or tomorrow.

Glad you're in Lynn. Kim, where you be girl???

Good day....Nights over for another 5 weeks.....YAHHHHH.

I decided today I am going to go back to my meetings. There wasn't one today so I couldn't go but there is one tomorrow at 12:30 so I am going. I'm hoping I will stick to it this time. I have to, I can't go on like I have been. I am totally out of control and I have to get a handle on it now.

There, I'm committed again.....

Hi there. So I didn't quite stay true to what I said. I have not been on here for three days. Weekends kill me lately. Anyway, my scale is slowly on it's way back up. I have had a binge over the weekend. Lots of sugar and some beer and margaritas as well. I am going to Mexico starting Friday. I will be gone until Father's day. So, I will post on here daily until I leave.

Welcome exercisebimbo!!!! You had a great idea. Why don't we start a new thread to cut down on the pages as well as start fresh. We are all wanting to start fresh anyway. Right??? Okay, so I am going to start Let's Track 4. So don't post here anymore. Find the let's track 4 thread. Let's really get this going.!!! See you over on the new thread. --Amy
