Aqua, LOVE your idea about the money jar! What a fantastic way to keep tabs on yourself. I may have to follow you on that one. What an absolutely fantastic way to reward ourselves at the end of a week/month, whatever! Positive reeinforcement for sure when you can see how strong you've been to stay on track. I'm constantly amazed how people cannot grasp the concept that little ones have specific schedules to keep and how incredibly hard it can be when they're thrown off track.
