Finally, down 25 lbs!

It has taken almost a year of ups and a lot of downs but I have finally lost 25lbs :) I have a ling road to go still buti am so happy to have made this # :)

Cautiously but joyfully joining this thread. Weighed in at 239.6 this morning. It has been a slow loss but I started at 256.8 may 1 st. Slow is better than none at all!
