    we traded...I was down yesterday, up 1/2 lb today. I ate on plan and shovelled snow to the tune of 600 plus calories. BUT - Hello, TOM! Sigh.

  • Wow I finally managed to lose a pound since the 21st! Was 180 and saw 180.something everyday until today I'm finally 179.0 Thank God because I was getting sooooooo frustrated!!! And I haven't been cheating at all and doing an hour or cardio everyday so there was no excuse for that. Only thing I can think of is my period is trying to begin (had spotting for 2 days now) only explanation I can think of...

    It's frustrating when you do everything 'right' and the scale doesn't budge. Have you taken your measurements? Maybe lbs are redistributing? Or maybe your body has just gotten used to the hour long cardio a day? I change my cardio routine every week. Gotta keep my heart/muscles guessing
