if a deep purple you shouldnt have to lighten it up all that much. the brighter purple on the other hand..you might want to go slow...

well its a mostly a protein diet. so lots of meat. they have me on a 700 calorie diet. eggs, turkey bacon, chicken breast, boneless pork chops etc...i get to add veggies and fruit to my diet this...

what are your reward goals?

When I lose 15 lbs, I plan on rewarding myself with sushi.

25lbs - new pants. hopefully by then i'll be a size or two smaller.

40lbs - massage, etc. spa day...

Gonna see me here alot in a few months.

August is the month i go to the OB/GYN to discuss getting me off birth control to ready my body to conceive. When i go back i have to have lost a good amount of weight in order for her to say ok....
