Default Wheat Bread

Is the Wheat sub (6 inch) at Subway okay to have on Phase 2?
I know the salad would make a better choice.

What are the ingredients in the bun? Unless the first thing listed is whole wheat, the answer is No. The other thing to check out is the fat - are there any sat- or trans- fats? Salad is a better choice, of course. Why don't you just bring OP foods from home instead?

Well on their wesbite they say they have sourdough bread, which I don't think is actually in Canada. However, Dr. A says that is ok because of the Acid so would a sub made from that be ok?
