Choosing recipes
Ok, I am sure I posted this question on a thread last night but now I can't find it.
I just started Phase 2. I've been very unimaginative so far, eating basic foods the whole time. Now that I can venture out a bit more and have the time to look for recipes, what do I need to look for?
There is a ton of info in the book, but a basic guideline would help...something more than just what is on the list of approved foods. Fats - just good fats? A cap on anything? I was thinking I saw a 3 gram sugar cap somewhere, but I can't find the reference anymore.
In short, what do you look for when you look for a recipe? I want to make sure I am not going too far.
