Hi all of you nursing mamas,
I am working to get these pounds off...oh what joy it would be to be under 200 again...sooooo close yet so far away it seems some days. I have a teething 7 month old right now and stress eating has been an issue in the evenings for me. I am so thankful for my 3 times a week to get to the Y to work off stress. I am adding pilates dvds at home 2 times a week or maybe 3..haven't decided yet, LOL. I am wanting to see result! But, that is hard to wait for, ya know? When I started I could barely get in my 20's..busting at the seams but now I can easily fit into those and even some of my 16's and 2 pairs of my 14's, (but not others..I think it is how they are cut in the hips, LOL). I still have a LOT to lose but I am happy that I decided 2006 was my year to be a big loser.
