High pregnancy weight 280 1 week pp - 260.5 2 week pp - 254.4 3 week pp - 254 - was further down, time to really start planning what I eat. 4 week pp - 253 5week pp - 253 Yuck, I was hoping to be down to my pre-pregnancy weight by 6 weeks (which I discovered was 4 lbs higher than I thought, thank you wii.) But I'm getting there and then it's on to my low pregnancy weight of 241. |

Mom4Life (Rachel) - I actually have a 2 year old and an almost 3 month old baby boy. Sorry about the confusing way I typed two and one half above. I did have my babies at age 38 and 41, so technically, I could have a 21 year old as well =) Life is funny that way isn't it? I never pictured myself with two boys or having them at such a late age. I have always admired seasoned moms, especially those who have raised/are raising several children. Congratulations =) I would be interested in knowing your story as well! Niki- Welcome! Not doing anything special. Just counting calories (Bistro MD plus my own snacks), small daily strolls with the boys, occasional 30min cardio walking on treadmill, and exclusive breastfeeding. I'm claiming my 250.9 to keep consistent, the dr's weight means that I have officially lost 27 pounds since the day before my son was born. YAY! |

So I gave it my best effort this week. We are going on vacation at the end of March, so I am hoping to appear a little thinner in those vacation photos =) I have been avoiding a camera for the past one year, which is not good since I have a new beautiful baby boy. Also, I am hoping to continue to lose or at the least maintain while on vacation. That will be challenging. Keep going Girls! I love reading your posts. Very encouraging. |

Each time I've tried to do the least amount of exercise, I've cramped and such so I've stopped. Going to try again this week and hope that my body allows me to get something physical going. |

Feel like I'm at a plateau. Can't seem to get away from 150. Also 3 month old baby has stopped 'sleeping through the night' with his 5-6 hour stretches. Wakes every 2-3 hrs.
