4 weeks PP - 273.2 5 weeks PP - 268.0 6 weeks PP - 264.4 7 weeks PP - 264.8 I am pretty frustrated by this week's weigh in. I was on plan all week (really, no cheating at all) and I GAINED almost half a pound. Grrrrrr... It's irritating but I'm certainly not going to let this derail me, I will continue to stay on plan and wait until next week's weigh in to see if something needs to be adjusted. |

Baby#2 was born 05/12/2010 and instead of losing the weight I kept gaining:-( I am still nursing but my goal is to stop at 6 months (app. 3 weeks). i used to exclusively nurse but since i started working again my milk supply has been decreasiing so i complement with formula... Last wednesday (05/20/2010), my friend gave me his WW book so i started counting points and i also started working out (15-20 mn a day). I will start weighing in every week starting monday the 28th. My goal is 150-160ish, which means i have 90 lbs to lose!!! OMG!! How long will it take me to lose all that weight??? Will i even be able to lose the weight??? I need to learn portion control that is one of my biggest problem. Also, i need to quit snacking at bedtime! I picked up that habit from my boyfriend (i know... excuses, excuses, excuses...). OK.. enough talk. See y'all monday |

Just 1 lb lost... Disappointing. It took me 13 mths to gain that weight but hopefully it'll take me less to lose it!!! Let's go!! |
Ivo, a pound lost is a pound lost! You're heading in the right direction, downward! Keep on keeping on and remember that one pound per week is 52 pounds in a year, that's a lot!! The next year is going to pass anyway, might as well end it 50 lbs lighter, right? :)

I'm finally on the downward slide again. I think I was retaining fluid for a couple of weeks for some strange reason.

I'm pretty much where I was at my last entry. We've had lots of stressful situations going on here, with my MIL having a stroke to getting mega drama from my relatives getting ticked that we would travel half way across the country to be by her side and we never visited them. Anyways, I've been having plumping problems, I gained 5 lbs even though I stuck with my diet. Started taking flaxseed and that has sloooowly been working.
I've been keeping my calories at 1/2 lb weight loss a week but I think I'll bring it down to a whole pound now that my baby is 3 months old. |

HP - 195 pp - 202 =0 My princess is almost 2 I breast fed for about 1yr and 7 months didn't lose any weight while bf'ing. Current weight 190! Goal 125 My main reason for losing is to be healthy not only for myself but for my daughter, my family is full of people that are obese and I don't want my daughter to see that as normal. I would ideally(sp?) like to be her healthy role model.:) |

@Gale02: Thanks for the words of encouragement! I am really happy for u ladies! Keep the good work! I was so happy last tuesday cause when i stepped on the scale i was 5 lbs lighter. But then this weekend i ate pizza, pretzels, quiches and you name it! AND I didn't work out! Results: I'm back to 249lbs! I am sooooo ashamed! UUUGGGGHHHHHHHHHH! back to square 1. I am supposed to go home (Ivory Coast) in January and i really wanted to lose 50lbs(I know i know i'm dreaming) but if i don't lose weight, i won't go (snifff sniff). I really need to stick to my diet..... See y'all next week (hopefully w/ good news) week 1: 249 week 2: 246 week 3: 249 |
