I am an ebf mom and I love weight watchers! I joined almost 4 weeks ago and lost 6 pounds so far. Thats without exercise. I am really trying to find time and make exercising a priority, but I have 3 kids. A nursing mom should loose only 1-2 pounds per week, this is what I have been told. I never feel deprived, in fact its a struggle to eat all my points. I definately reccomend it.
My #1 thing I cannot do without, Fiber One bars. The oats and chocolate ones. They are 2 points and taste awesome. I eat one every day for my treat. Sometimes twice a day.
