I just joined this board tonight for info/support on my weight loss & fitness journey and I am so excited to find this forum!

I’m not diagnosed yet, though I suspect this is probably what I’m dealing with. I had a pregnancy loss 2 years ago which left me depressed and caused me to fall off the fitness wagon & put on weight, and during the past year my cycles have been going crazy and I’ve been having some other symptoms of PCOS as well. We've also been TTC with no luck so I'll be getting testing done soon.

I’m not going to wait for a diagnosis to get started in treating whatever is going on with me… I’m hoping that losing some weight will help to get me back on track again, as my cycles were fine until I put on these last 20 pounds.

Anyway, nice to “meet” you all! I’m looking forward to hopefully benefitting from the knowledge here!
