Hi, i'm new here too!
Hi, I'm Crystal, 26 and SAHM to three, ages 7.5, 4.5 and 2.5. I live in Newfoundland, Canada. I've been overweight all my life and it's really getting to me now. My fiance and I just joined a gym last week and while it's hard for me to get motivated to get there, I feel good afterwards. I have to say, going to the gym with him is good for me but he only has 30lbs to lose so it's also embarassing. Not really on any specific diet, as I find myself really restricted and "cheat". So, right now, i'm just watching what I eat, cut out all soda and junk food. Lost 4.5lbs last week, i'm curious what the scale has to say tomorrow. My short term goal is to reach 199lbs as I don't remember the last time I was under 200lbs. So glad I found this place as I could use all the support I can get.
