So, I have been MIA for almost a year now, I completely started to give up on weight loss and getting my health in line. But it's a new year and time for another fresh start! We will see how long I stay motivated but I am happy to be thinking about myself again.
I just started a cardio kickboxing class tonight, and OH MY GOD I am in pain! But it's worth it I guess! The class was a lot of fun and has made me think that I need to get my butt to the gym a couple more times a week so I don't feel like such a dork at next weeks class!
Does any one have any good tips on diets and such?
