Default Bad Bad Week

So, I have been pretty bad this week. Not that I am eating oodles and oodles of food but I have been craving stuff lately. I'm bored with my low card wraps and sandwiches that I take to work and school.

And today at work (I work at a doctor's office) we had a drug rep send us lunch and it's all pasta (which I can normally force myself to ignore) that smelled too good to pass.

I know we all have our bad weeks or days and I shouldn't feel discouraged but I can't help it right now.

I even had three cookies!

BLAH

Just remember, it takes time to re-learn the good. I don't think you did so bad. Stay positive and you'll get it!

Take care

Just because you had a bad day doesn't mean that you are off track. Tomorrow is a new day.

here's a good trick that I do: Eat according to your diet during the week, then eat what your snack foods and whatever you crave (in moderation) on the weekends. Then you are on a routine still, but you won't get bored as easily. I've lost a lot more weight with this method than trying to stay on the diet all the time.

Also, yogurt raisins and dry roasted peanuts (low salt) are great munchies that are okay to eat and not bad on the sugar. good luck!
