Baby Steps
As an overeater, it takes a lot of support, willpower, knowledge, and discipline to begin anew.
My first baby steps are to use saucers. Saucers? Yes, saucers. Instead of eating my meals on a typical dinner plate, I use the saucers that are part of my dining set. That way, I can fill my "plate" and scrap it clean, and still have eaten less than what I used to.
