I use stevia and not Truvia, but some people do seem to prefer the Truvia.

I saw the BFC book at WM and was wondering if i truly needed it, since I'm single and poor, and don't know how much I would use the cookbook part of the book.
I did buy the S/C counter book, I figure that would help me plan my meals.

Hi everyone. Welcome newcomers. I'm still here checking out the posts every few days. It would be nice if anyone wants to post more. I would be up for it. I posted more before but I got worried I might be looking too compulsive.

I've been struggling since Friday. Cheated some everyday. Need to get solidly back on plan. So far today I am on plan.

Hi,all!

Me too, in regard to the book, I used it initially to find recommended products, but that isn't totally necessary if you just read labels. I don't make recipes from it, though I was tempted to try the ice cream recipe, since there isn't any Clemmy's available by me except for mail order.

kittycarlson, I'l try and post more here if you will.

I was plateauing while on plan and have been trying to figure out how to kick- start my metabolism. I have not been following BFC as closely, because it is difficult to continue to do something that isn't producing any results. Ahhhh!

I know I'm wheat intolerant and wonder if I am grain intolerant, in general. And if that is contributing to my stalling.
