Me too, in regard to the book, I used it initially to find recommended products, but that isn't totally necessary if you just read labels. I don't make recipes from it, though I was tempted to try the ice cream recipe, since there isn't any Clemmy's available by me except for mail order.
kittycarlson, I'l try and post more here if you will.
I was plateauing while on plan and have been trying to figure out how to kick- start my metabolism. I have not been following BFC as closely, because it is difficult to continue to do something that isn't producing any results. Ahhhh!
I know I'm wheat intolerant and wonder if I am grain intolerant, in general. And if that is contributing to my stalling.
