I'm obsessed with the Pumpkin! I just found one last carton at the local discount grocer and I'm going to horde it for as long as I can. 1/2 cup at a time. Yum!

This is one of my favorite recipes. I love Dairy Queen blizzards, and this totally gets rid of my craving for them for a fraction of the calories. It's not quite ice cream, but the serving is huge and it's really yummy.

8 oz skim milk
2T fat-free sugar-free pudding mix powder
3T fat-free Cool Whip
2-4 t vanilla
8 ice cubes

Put this in the blender until mixed well and ice is crushed. You can add frozen fruit, a few cookies, or, one of my favorites, a few squirts of DaVinci SF Cookie Dough syrup.

The Breyers no sugar added vanilla icecream is REALLY good! its 100 calories for 1/2C and 1 TBSP of hot fudge is only 45 calories. Hot fudge sundae for less than 150 calories! YUM!

Breyer's has a no-sugar-added vanilla that is something like 80 cal's / half cup. It's wonderful with strawberries. BUT, I can get carried away with it and eat more than a serving. For me, sometimes it's better to eat one-half or one whole serving of regular ice cream.

I like the Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom ice cream bars.
They're sweetened with Splenda and only have 90 cals each!

I've seen those in the stores. We didn't have them in Vermont, but now that I moved back to Iowa I can get me some.
