  • Exam season is always a hot season for everyone including; the kids, parents, and even the teachers. But the parents are most stressed out because of children's long studying hours can digress diet and ultimately results in ill-health. For you, I have few recommendations that can help you during exams -
    * Go for High-protein foods like lean meat, fish, eggs, dairy, pulses, sprouts, nuts, etc.
    *Fruits and vegetables.
    *Whole grains like oats, brown rice, quinoa among others
    *Nuts and seeds
    *Ample water
  • Glass milk, idly or dosa or bread, is good during exam times
