I take materna prenatal just because I have them at home. I do notice a difference in my energy level when i take vitamins vs not but I am on a low cal diet (under 1000 cals)

As for the B vitamins they really do help with the water weight and also with mood. They sort of make you happy and energetic when you are on a low cal diet so you don't feel down and then end up eating to feel better.

Hi shelbysmom! Wow, where to begin?! lol I take a handful of supplements every morning.

New Chapter Unbounded Energy (Wonderful for energy)
New Chapter Zyflamend (Great for inflammation)
Megafood B Complex (Gotta take the B's!)
Megafood C (just for good measure)
Megafood Tension Release (If I could only take one supplement for the rest of my life, this would be the one! I absolutely LOVE IT! Mushroom blend - they're great for everything.)
Gaia Herbs Tumeric (Good for detoxing, lung health, and inflammation)
Flora Udo's 3, 6, 9 oil blend (Lubes joints, keeps ya regular, awesome for cardiovascular health)
Planetary Herbals Triphala (Good for cleansing & digestion)

I can't tell you how much better I feel when I take my supplements. I have so much more energy and less anxiety!
