Been on WW since April - lost 48 lbs so far with 64 more to go. Haven't really hit a plateau yet, but probably will. When I do, I am going to go into a maintenance mode and try to keep myself at a plateau and then re-energize myself after so long. I don't want to fight my body or stress out for my losses and if my body wants to stay at a certain weight for a while, I am ok with that. It doesn't mean that I am giving up on losing weight, it just means that I understand that this is a process that I have or will go through that is temporary. Besides, I look at it as good practice for when I finally attain my goal and need to maintain then.
About the 35 flex points - It depends on my week. I usually end up using them when we go out to dinner on Saturday to our favorite Mexican restaurant. I use all of my extra 35 points each week.

I still lose 1-2 lbs so why not?
