Hi all -- I'm back in -- and so happy to still see familiar faces! As you know, I had some Darth Real Life stuff happen last month, and while I didn't go completely off program, I couldn't be bothered to count points, weigh-in, or post -- there was too much else going on. Anyway the good news is I finally faced the scale, and I didn't gain one ounce! Wooo!
So, I'm still at 173 (no loss) and ready to pick up where I left off about a month ago...
So, I am trying to decide if I want to change my weigh loss program and join WW. Would anyone mind to post their weekly weigh ins for the last 6-8 weeks? I just want to get an idea of what everyone's average is and if my expectations are realistic.

Mar 21 lost 2
Mar 28 gained 2
Mar 31 lost 1
April 4 lost 1
April 7 lost 2
April 11 gained .5
April 15 gained .5
NET LOSS in approximately 4 weeks 5 pounds. I am a bit off. Typically I would be around 8 pounds
LizzieW - There you are! I was hoping you'd come back some time. Great job on maintaining, seriously! Usually a month off plan equals large gains, you did great
NWA - I think if you look back at the pages in this thread you'll get an idea of how much a bunch of people lose per week, and some people like Keli post their monthly WI results in each week's post.
Have to say this week I'm up a whopping 2 pounds. But like I said, I spent five days eating everything in sight and generally freaking out, so I know I deserved it! Definitely not WW's fault I'm already starting off today the right way and hope to have that weight off in no time!

So after a totally amazing weekend with one of my bestfriends, his friend and the hubby I am up a one lb. But hey it was a wild weekend to say the least and I am glad to only be up a lb cause I was awful lol. So here's to the coming week that 1 lb is gonna come back off and hopefully more comes off. We'll see. Congrats to everyone who is doing so well!

Well people, as small as it is I got a -0.2 this week so make the total 108.6!
Kinda took a week off from my exersize, because I found it really catching up on me, and instead of pushing it this week I decided to relax so disaster didn't strike later.
BTW we're doing great, so congratulations to everyone on their losses!

4/01---> 161.2 | -2.6 ~~~ 13.4 off
4/08---> 160.6 | -0.6 ~~~ 14.0 off
4/15---> 161.0 | +0.4 ~~~ 13.6 off

yeeha!! I got out that tracker and actually stayed within my target plus AP for the week up until the weekend, drank my water and all that, I guess my body was just waiting for me to get back OP.

Faerie, welcome back Lizzie, Suite, way to get back to it, you did good for the stressful situation you were going through, that's the way to make your lifestyle change, after you're off prog. get back on as soon as you can.
