S/C/G: 216/116/125 100 Lbs Lost!

Height: 5' 1" Tall

I eat very clean, whole foods. I work out 4-5 times a week, but remain active even when I'm not working out. I do cardio and strength training. I make sure I have a calorie deficit of 500 or more calories per day. (I consume between 1200 and 1500 calories a day) I lose about 1/2 lb to 1 lb a week. I suspect with this last 10 lbs, it's not going to just jump off my body. But I'm confident in knowing that I will lose it. Eating well and smaller portions and moving. That's the best advice I can give.

Now once I've lost my 10 lbs, then I'm in maintenance. Then I'm going to need A LOT OF ADVICE!!!!

Piece of cake....NO. It's hard work. I'm the first to admit it. And I'd be lying through my teeth if I said I LOVE TO WORK OUT!!! I love the end result and what it does for me...but there are times I need to drag my body down to my basement and get on those machines and I really don't want to. My body is used to it at this point, but it doesn't mean it's what I live and breath for!

It's hard work, but it PAYS OFF!!!

Absolutely. That's once of my favorite fitness phrases! It took me a year to lose my first 65 lbs. I learned patience.
