Talking Good start
I've lost about 10 pounds since I started coming here! At least by the scale this morning. I weighed at 220.5, with only underwear on, after going to the bathroom, and before eating/drinking anything. I hope I can continue this, to reach my main goal by April or June. I love the people here! They are so nice in answering even the dumbest sounding questions. Thanks all!

10 lb loss is a great stepping stone on your way to your incredible journey.
its a great start and a size down, I heard that every ten pounds represents
a size smaller, it a nice way to think of a ten lb loss.
