Just a praise report. After six weeks of exercising and watching what I eat, I've made some progress. We all want the scale to go as low as it can, but sometimes the inches are better. My short term goal was to lose at least 15 lbs in 6 weeks, but was told that I only lost a whopping big ole 4lbs
Before stressing out, my personal trainer measured me and to my surprise I have lost a total of 6 inches off my chest, waist, hips and arms....That is absolutely great!!!
I couldn't have been happier. Maybe I will reach 15lbs by my next weigh in in yet another 6 weeks. Wish me luck
Inches do matter, inches do matter...the weight will follow.
