Thanks everyone!!!! Im major excited. Well some of you asked how I did it. Ok well all I really do is portion control and count calories. I wasnt really strick about counting calories untill this last month. I started out with doing 5 days a week of cardio for 20 mins a day. I worked my way up to 5-6 days of cardio 30 mins a day and I also add some weight training on those days once and awhile. Because of my situation right now Im not able to work out 5 days..I can only work out 4 days so that's why Im more strick about my calorie intake. Hopefully this helps alittle. It's basically as easy as it sounds. Eat less and move more! : ) Thank you eveyrone for all your help and encourgement!!!

Well that SOUNDS easy....I'm still trying to catch the hang of the calorie counting and the portion control thing. Thanks for the inspiration!!! "Manda, get your butt in gear!!"

What an amazing accomplishment!! 50 pounds in four months?! I know you said you count calories, how many do you allow yourself a day? And what kind of exercise are you doing?

Congratulations on such a great loss, and best of luck on your next goal!

I allow myself between 1400 and 1500 calories. I try to stay with 1400 but some days are just to hard. With exercise's I do 30 mins of cardio 4-5 days a week and I also throw in some weight training 2 of those days. I still eat whatever I want...I just eat less of it. I try and stay away from too many sweets....I tend to not crave those kinds of food anymore. But like tonight my husband and I are going out on a date. Im sure Im going to go over on my calories but I just dont care. It's a special night and Im not going to feel guilty. I allow myself to eat more sometimes. It helps me to just not give up. I'll just do alittle more cardio tomorrow to try and help make up for it. Hope this helps alittle.

Wow . You are an inspiration to me. I started on January also. But I have only lost 25 pounds due to my poor eating on weekends. But i am totally inspired by your weight loss and hope to lose at least 25 more by July 4th. I can do this.

It's funny you say that VeggieLover someone at work was telling someone else how much weight I've lost and the other co-worker...said I dont care. Lol she was soo jelious. She was saying in a joking way.
