Congrats! That's great to hear. Amazing. How did you do? I lost 6 pounds in just 2 weeks with a new method and cutting down on bad calories!

Its been a work in progress. After hitting a year long plateau from typical calorie counting and exercise, I started a ketogenic way of eating. My body is loving it.

I am so impressed! You really deserved to accomplish this goal! Keep on good work! It will pay out for sure! You can not immagine how happy and motivated i felt when i wrote your post especially that part with the trainings since this one of my goals to begin again to train hard.
