Starting tomorrow I am plan to change my life style and stick to it.I bought some CVS health shake that I will use to replace Breakfast and Dinner. Of course I will still eat a salad or something with the dinner replacement. I will use a calorie counter for my lunch and snacks. I will chug some water infused with lemon through out the day.My calorie goal is to stay within 1,361.
Also before breakfast, I will be doing cardio for 30 mins, and I wont eat until after half an hour. And I will also alternate days with toning exercises. I will have lost 2 pounds by July 29
