Sorry to hear that Susie. Truth be told, I have to watch one of my knees too. I think my heavier weight put some strain on the joint and it is sometimes sore after running. When it is, like now, I have to put running on hold for a day.

Ian,

ICE IT after a run for about 20 minutes, it's helping me. Also get on a good joint supplement like Glucosamine and Chondroitin and maybe some anti-inflammatory supplements and hopefully you'll be able to avoid what i'm going through! But i also have fibromyalgia and possibly RA.

But yea, it is a rush and a thrill with that cardio, makes you feel on top of the world
