Default Normal BMI!
Today I hit a goal that I didn't even know I had made until I decided to start posting on here again. I'm back to a normal weight! I weighed 163.5 this morning and now have a BMI of 24.9. Woohoo!!
When I started this 3FC account I weighed 191, so I'm nearly 30 pounds down. Only took me 3 years -snicker-
