Thanks you guys! It means a lot to me, especially because I moved 9 hours away and no one here ever knew me as the fat girl...
It didnt take forever and thats the amazing part... I started in January of 09 and lost 50 pounds by June... kinda gave up and gained back 20 pounds... I recommitted 14 months ago and have shed 110 pounds since September of 09...
I calorie counted for the longest time and have since given that up because I can easily maintain my weightloss without the insane counting but its an amazing tool to begin with and get the healthy aspect and portion control that a diet needs. I do an hour of cardio daily and eat a diet that is full of fruits, veggies, lean meats, beans, and very little cheese or bread products... I might eat one "bread" like carb a day and if so its a flatout wrap or whole wheat pasta. I also watch my fat intake but that just comes along with a diet that consists of chicken, veggies, and fruit
