Default my weight loss so far
I am new here so forgive me if I do this all wrong. But, for those of you interested to know who I am, my name is Victoria and I live in Alabama. I'm 23 years old and I officially started a lifestyle change on 7/10/2012. To date I have lost 30 pounds. I can't see that much of a difference and know I have a way to go, but am happy with my progress so far! If anyone has any tips on what I should be doing on this website please help me out!

The only tip that I have is to keep doing what you're doing because it IS working for you. And don't forget to drink your water. :')

Its a great place to be, keep with it! You've got a great smile/eyes and a cute nose too btw haha. I'm jealous of noses ... I broke mine when I was 5 so it is kind of wide! ;-)
