Since Mother's Day, it's been bbq after bbq season here. So today, my sweetie wanted to go to another bbq. But I realise, if I'm not there to see people I'd care about, it's just a temptation I could live without. So I skipped the bbq and had a great workout at home instead, dripping in sweat and pride

Good for you! It's great to get out but if it means putting yourself in a position where it's hard to turn down food it's not always worth it.
