I started walking and all in February. I got some Jillian Michael DVD's and did them. But got burned out.....over zealous!!!LOL! Had a foot injury and had to have 3 weeks off......well, since then it has been hard to get back into walking or doing anything really.....not motivated.
So, last week I decided to start playing again with a routine. My weight has been stuck at 10lbs loss for sometime, but again, haven't been trying extremely hard!!
This morning I decided to measure my self to see the damage and a new starting point........



I have lost an inch almost everywhere!!!!


Oh, that is what I needed to get moving!!! the past month only walked a handful of times, did T-tapp few times and Jillian Michaels a few times.....sooooooo......at least I was moving!!! YEAH!!!
hope to get 10lbs more off by July!!
