Ok I started seriously thinking about exercising and eating healthier because my resting pulse was 130 bpm sometimes. It was like I am panicking and yet for no reason. I read on line that cardio would help to low my heart rate.
So this month I have been doing lots of cardio on treadmill. It was jogging/walking interval workout for 30-50 mins each time about 3+ times a week. With combination of eating healthier.
March 1 2012 - I was 200 with heart right of over 100 bpm.
March 28 2012 - 185 with hear rate in 60 bpm
