-15lbs Ta-Taaa! {PICS}
Ok I started seriously thinking about exercising and eating healthier because my resting pulse was 130 bpm sometimes. It was like I am panicking and yet for no reason. I read on line that cardio would help to low my heart rate.
So this month I have been doing lots of cardio on treadmill. It was jogging/walking interval workout for 30-50 mins each time about 3+ times a week. With combination of eating healthier. March 1 2012 - I was 200 with heart right of over 100 bpm. March 28 2012 - 185 with hear rate in 60 bpm http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e1...russia/-15.jpg |

200 sure looks a lot different on a 5'8 frame, lol and amazing what 15 pounds can do as I'm a pound or so away from that (but I'm 5'5 and fatter than you)....KEEP GOING, congrats 2 u.
